About CSOSE: Why Open Sources?
Building from a diverse background in open source test method development, MRIGlobal has launched this CSOSE as an independent entity to fill a serious need in dealing with open source emission and transportcharacterization.
Rather than addressing these problems in a fragmented manner, the Center is promoting a fully transparent, integrated approach to method standardization. This is the most efficient path to providing proven methods that offer clear benefits to the user community. The Center started by focusing on fugitive dust sources, but is now moving on to the wider range of open sources of particulate matter and gaseous emissions.
